"The location is perfect! Just a block from the North End of the boardwalk---it was great not being in the hustle and bustle. It is a short walk to the beach and a handful of delicious restaurants. Island Grill was our favorite for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chatterbox was good; but a tad overpriced. Oves was great for breakfast and a view of the ocean. OVES and BROWs have the best donuts! In the evening it was nice to walk along the ocean via the boards; the toddlers enjoyed the rides at Gillian's Wonderland. The homeowners were helpful; we had zero issues. And the neighbors were happy to help with any questions about the area too. We will definitely be back". - Jeri O.

"We LOVED staying at 820 St. James Place. The location was perfect, close to the beach, felt like it was our own alcove so it was quiet and not a lot of traffic. The BEST Italian deli was around the corner and we got sandwiches daily with Italian meats and gourmet coffee and even newspapers daily. 820 St. James Place bedrooms were cozy but a large kitchen, front porch and large front porch is where we spent most of our time. GREAT cable TV too! Thank you Kevin an,d Lynn for being so easy to work with. and answering questions. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY".  Best, Jenine B.

"We enjoyed our stay for the week on the first floor. My husband had to work from the house during the week so the wifi was vital for our stay. We enjoyed the Gardens area of Ocean City. "We stayed on the first floor with 2 young children and 4 adults for the week and it was a great location! One block to the beach and less than a 15 minute walk on the boards to get to the rides. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed. When the dryer wasn't working they had someone fix it right away. Dear Lynn and Kevin: 

Thank you for extending us a week in your comfortable home in beautiful Ocean City, NJ. We loved the front porch and short walk to the beach and boards. Brown's Donuts are mouth watering. My parents had a home in the Gardens Plaza from 1970-1995 and I grew up at the Shore each summer. This trip was my first back since then and it will certainly will not be our last.
